More than 100 representatives from mining enterprises, scientific research institutions, universities and other units from all over the country gathered at the Shukongping phosphate Mine, a national green mining development demonstration zone, to witness the historic moment of the official launch of the first intelligent rock drilling robot in China.
Under the common concept of innovation-driven, Xingfa Group and Kaishan Heavy Industry jointly, after 5 years of research, successfully developed the first intelligent rock drilling robot in China. The equipment independently prepared development program to break the problem of foreign technology blockade, and pioneered new technologies such as scanning positioning, automatic detection and correction and correction, of which 19 technologies have obtained national patents, becoming the first intelligent equipment suitable for non-coal underground mine scenarios in China.
At the conference site, Kaishan brand intelligent rock drilling robot became the focus of attention. Intelligent drilling robot high-precision automatic scanning, drilling process automatic control and other intelligent functions. As soon as the camera turned, the intelligent rock drilling robot was ready. With the mouse, the rock drilling robot automatically scanned the working face, and 53 holes such as the center eye, auxiliary eye and peripheral eye were drilled with high precision under the automatic control of the robot, which brought great surprises to the whole audience.
"This intelligent robot is first-class in China, and also first-class in the world, and has contributed to the mining of metal and non-metal mines in China." It marks the realization of the whole process automation of domestic non-coal underground mining, and a solid step towards "unmanned" mining operation.
