Kaishan KVSP series variable pitch dry screw vacuum pumps are developed and manufactured by Chongqing Kaishan Fluid Machinery Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaishan Group (stock code: 300257). The KVSP series features oil-free design with variable pitch screw rotors, achieving ultra-high vacuum up to ≤0.01 Pa and clean, contamination-free vacuum environment. The series covers a wide performance range:
- KVSP-H: 180–560 m³/h, 4–11 kW, ≤1 Pa
- KVSP: 360–1150 m³/h, 7.5–22 kW, ≤1 Pa
- KVSP Combined Units: 1080–4320 m³/h, 7.5+4 kW to 22+11 kW, ≤0.01 Pa
With low noise (≤76 dB(A)), water-cooled design, nitrogen purge system, and intelligent frequency conversion, KVSP dry pumps ensure stable operation under harsh conditions. 85%+ key components self-produced guarantees consistent quality and reliable performance.
