The KVP series adopts advanced “Y” rotor profile and intelligent permanent magnet frequency conversion control, achieving 30%+ energy savings compared with traditional vacuum pumps. The oil-injected design provides excellent lubrication, sealing, and cooling, ensuring stable operation under continuous load. The integrated structure minimizes installation space, while the low-speed large-diameter rotor design reduces noise and extends service life.
Kaishan’s in-house manufacturing ensures 85%+ self-production of key components, guaranteeing consistent quality and fast delivery. The KVP series covers a wide power range from 11 kW to 160 kW, with pumping speeds from 530 m³/h to 5400 m³/h, meeting diverse vacuum demands from rough to medium vacuum.
