JN Series Low Pressure Screw Air Compressor

JN Series low pressure screw air compressor is professionally designed for industrial low-pressure air demand with working pressure of 0.15Mpa to 0.3Mpa.     It is equipped with dedicated SKY series high-efficiency airend designed exclusively for 0.15-0.3Mpa working pressure. The unit automatically adjusts the internal compression ratio according to actual air demand, maintaining optimal energy efficiency stably within 0.2Mpa to 0.5Mpa pressure range.
    2. Superior Operational Reliability
    Partial models adopt forced oil pump lubrication, ensuring sufficient fuel injection volume and optimal oil-gas mixing ratio even under ultra-low discharge pressure. It is configured with oversized oil separator barrel and core specially designed for low-pressure working conditions to reduce oil consumption effectively. All air filters, oil separators and separator cores are 100% imported from the United States for stable and durable performance.
    3. High-efficiency Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
    Adopting special rare earth permanent magnet materials, the motor owns wider speed regulation range and higher operating efficiency. With fully enclosed structure and built-in oil cooling system, it reaches IP65 protection grade, delivering higher reliability, better efficiency, longer service life and lower noise.
    Its maximum withstand temperature reaches 180°C, 50% higher than the 120°C of ordinary domestic models, avoiding demagnetization under any harsh working conditions. Featuring no slip difference, no field excitation loss and no fundamental iron & copper loss on the rotor, the motor hardly absorbs excitation current from the power grid, with power factor close to 1. The speed regulation error is controlled within 1/30000, greatly reducing discharge pressure fluctuation of the compressor.
