Quzhou Zhongkai Machinery Co., Ltd. is the branch of Kaishan Group , was founded in 1956. In June 1994, Zhejiang Kaishan Co., Ltd. was established after completing the joint-stock transformation. In September 1998, the company completed the share replacement and was restructured into a joint-stock limited company with private capital holding. In December 2001, Kaishan Group was established.
Kaishan Group is a large industrial enterprise recognized by the state, ranked the 80th of China's top 100 machinery industry enterprises in 2010, and is one of the 164 key enterprises cultivated by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. Its subsidiary, Zhejiang Kaishan Compressor Co., Ltd. was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 2011.
